Training is going well. I got a great speed/hill repeat run in yesterday in between rain clouds hammering a couple 1/4 mi hills in just under 2 mins. Feels good. Today a cross training workout of bucking and splitting 1/2 a cord of firewood for next winter, TRUE CROSS FIT!!!!
